Founder of the Women's Tech Council
Cydni helped found, and continues to help build, the Women’s Tech Council. This ever-expanding organization is dedicated to inspiring more women to enter the tech, talent pipeline. Then, once they’ve entered this pipeline, the Council works to empower and educate. Together, the council has provided opportunities and networking to over 10,000 women. As their reach grows, their ability to impact grows as well.

3DplusME CEO, Chairman of the Board, Founder
Though her 5 years at Disney were nothing short of magical, it was time to move on and level up. She took her experiences and unique perspective to tackle a new challenge: the founding and funding of a brand new company. 3DplusMe, the 3D printing platform, championed storytelling and delight, allowing fans to immerse themselves in the stories of their favorite movies, comic books, and teams.

Cydni then moved on and took a position at IdeaCloud, a company that helped Fortune 500 companies showcase the power of their unique solutions through visual stories. This helped to accelerate relationships, partnerships and improve go-to-market strategies.

Founding Member of the Consumer Summit
The Consumer Summit was a labor of love for Cydni. Her extensive experience in creating, innovating, and curating consumer-based products and experiences brought her to create a place where top, consumer companies and minds could come together and talk about their experiences. Since its founding, the Summit’s popularity and pull has grown, attracting more than 1500 attendees, 80+ consumer-based companies, and 100s of industry leaders. Attendees of the event have called it “the most engaging summit [they’ve] ever been to.”
Brandless CEO
Cydni took a deep dive into Consumer Goods, focusing on a better way to deliver top-quality goods for a fraction of the cost to individuals around the world. She combined her innovative background with her technological foresight to turn around Brandless and add $100M in revenu in 24 months.

Cydni is currently speaking around the world, working on a stealth project (to be announced soon) and consulting with a handful of executives. In addition to the boards she sits on, with Swire Coca-cola, Intermountain Healthcare and the investment committee of Utah Innovation Fund.
